Week 10/11: It's All Over Now

I DID IT.

Everything is completed and I feel so accomplished! There are labels on boxes, the zine is printed and folded, the finding aid is published, and my name is on something worth while!

This experience with the Gerth Archives has been simultaneously frustrating and exhilarating. I learned so much about this field and know how worth while it is to keep the histories alive of minority communities. I hope that I can continue to help elevate minority voices throughout my work in spite of those who would choose to erase them.
